We craft chocolates into a healthier food by using cacao beans from our farm and sweeten them with stevia making chocolates a scrumptious superfood.
Ingredients – Cacao Beans, Cocoa Butter, Erythritol (Zero Calorie) (Zero GI).
A gently spiced bar, using cinnamon a well known ingredient from the historical Spice Route together with organic dried figs from Turkey, laid in 60% dark single origin chocolate. Like all our dark chocolate bars, this bar is made entirely from cocoa bean from our farm and is gluten free, vegan friendly and contains only natural cinnamon as a spices for flavor.

The Cacao is Air roasted on a fluid bed proprietary roaster to get the perfect balance of taste and health by not over roasting the cacao and keeping all the nutrients in the cacao intact. It is stone ground for 3 days.
